About the event
Come join us on a yoga retreat and reset in Tulum, Mexico on Feb 27 - March 2, 2024. Spend five days and four nights with us in the relaxed luxury that Amansala Resort www.amansala.com has to offer. Greet the day with a vinyasa yoga class led by your Mi Alma teachers: Jesse, Dezza, and Monica. Then you're free to pursue the day at your own leisure 0 enjoying activities with your retreat mates or saving some quiet time on your own. We'll wind down at the end of the day with a slower, more restorative type of yoga to set the tone for your evening. It's a wonderful way to reset this coming winter!
What's included:
Yoga twice a day to greet your day with.
Light breakfast prior to morning practice and snacks.
