Practice start time: 6:30 pm. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before class begins to allow time for checking in.

Come join Mi Alma Yoga for a fun and immersive yoga practice at the Mattress Factory. This hour-long class will be held at the lobby of the main building of the museum. Led by the teaching team of Monica Calero, Jesse Bueno, and Dezza Pastor, allow yourself to be led to a light hearted and invigorating flow that’s set against the perfect eclectic mix of tunes as your soundtrack and silet headphones!. Practice is open to all levels and pose options will be given to suit most practitioners’ needs. Come linger after practice with a complimentary beverage and get to know your fellow yogis and art lovers. Your ticket will also include access to the evocative contemporary art on display at the museum.
