Gentle Yoga and Crystal Sound Bath

Deep into summer, come experience the softer side of yoga. Dezza and Jesse of Mi Alma Yoga will lead you into an easeful and gentle flow sealed with an extended savasana. While you're in savasana, or any preferred relaxed pose, immerse yourself in the sound bath from crystal bowls. So wear your comfortable clothes and bring your mat,  plus whatever props that'll make lying on the ground more heavenly. Weather permitting, we will be hold our practice by the garden of the Mattress Factory. Allow this special outdoor practice to restore equanimity to your body and mind.
