Special Glow Friendsgiving Class with Mi Alma Yoga at Bodiography
Join Dezza, Jesse and Monica for a silent headphone glow yoga experience like no other as we flow, connect, and celebrate community and gratitude. Practice to a breath based flow that’s immersive and centering. Light snacks and refreshments will be available after class. Open to all levels.

About the event
We have found our space for Sundays. Every Sunday we will teach on a rotating basis (Jesse Bueno, Dezza Pastor or Monica Calero).
This class will feature silent disco headphones, lights and glow to get into the holiday spirit.
